Thomas has been a member of Nack, Richardson & Nack, P.C. since 2000, practicing from the firm's principal office in Galena. Before joining the firm, he was an Associate Attorney at Hotz & Weaver in Omaha, Nebraska.
Born in Urbana, Illinois, Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in 1987 and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Creighton University College of Law in 1996.
Admitted to practice in both Nebraska (1996) and Illinois (2000), Thomas is an active member of the Jo Daviess County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
