Drawing on years of experience as a prosecutor, Joseph Nack brings courtroom-tested judgment to every client he represents.
Joseph has been a member of Nack, Richardson & Nack, P.C. since 1992, practicing from the firm's principal office in Galena. Before joining the firm, he served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Peoria County, Illinois — experience that gives him a sharp, practical perspective on both sides of a case.
Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Joseph received a Bachelor of Science from Springhill College in Mobile, Alabama, in 1985, and his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University College of Law in 1988, where he was a member of the Moot Court team.
Joseph is an active member of the Jo Daviess County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association, and remains deeply engaged in the Galena community the firm has served since 1896.
