A Galena High School graduate who returned home to practice, Hailey C. Wills guides individuals and families through estate planning, real estate, and criminal and family law matters.
Hailey joined Nack, Richardson & Nack, P.C. in 2023, and her principal office is located in Galena. Today her practice consists primarily of estate planning, real estate, and criminal and family law — the everyday matters that touch her neighbors' lives most directly.
Hailey graduated from Galena High School in 2018. She went on to attend the University of Dubuque, where she competed on the moot court and mediation teams, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University in 2021.
Through an accelerated law program, Hailey received her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law in DeKalb, Illinois, in December 2022. She was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2023.
